I'm concerned that it is due to Windows 10 capping the VRAM usage to 4GB but I have no way of monitoring my VRAM usage because every program I've tried which allows this either doesnt work with Skyrim with enbseries or makes Skyrim crash at startup. I play in 1080p and get 60fps most of the time, even with pretty much every single 4K and Parallax mods I can find. So I've been retexturing Skyrim and testing it out and everything seemed fine in the process but now I'm noticing microstuttering and very frequent and very heavy seemingly random lag spikes.
